Shipping and Returns
The Happy V uses Australia Post to ship all of our products.
Currently, we only ship within Australia. We will let you know when this changes.
All orders are discretely packaged in a brown cardboard box with no mention of 'The Happy V' and sent to you nominated address.
We aim to dispatch orders within 3-5 working days depending on your location.
If you require any special arrangements to be made, please let us know when you put through your order.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Due to the intimate nature of many of the products we sell at The Happy V, we are not able to accept the return of any product if you have changed your mind or the product has been used in any way and is not in the same condition you received it in.
Please contact us if you have any concerns about the product you have purchased or if the product is faulty and we will make the appropriate arrangements.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
